Foundation
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and DietSehat, concerning your access to and use of the dietsehat.id website. Our Healthy meal delivery service is designed to provide high-quality, scientifically backed nutrition. By interacting with our platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms.
If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately. Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference.
Operational
Scope.
Meal Kit Service
Our Meal kit service focuses strictly on providing balanced daily menus calculated by our nutritional experts. Every Calorie-controlled set meals package is prepared fresh daily. We prioritize ingredient integrity and precision in macro-nutrient distribution.
Delivery Constraints
Diet menu with delivery is currently limited to the Denpasar and Sanur regions. Delivery windows are scheduled between 07:00 and 10:00 WITA to ensure maximum freshness. Failure to receive the order at the specified address may result in forfeiture of the meal.
Subscription Logic
When you Order healthy meals, subscriptions are billed in advance. Pausing a subscription requires a 48-hour notice through our dashboard to allow for supply chain adjustments and waste reduction.
Nutrition Science
Our Balanced daily menu is curated based on general nutritional guidelines. We provide calorie estimates for transparency; however, individual metabolic responses may vary.
User Compliance
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity originating from your account is deemed your responsibility.
Allergies & Sensitivities
It is the user's absolute responsibility to communicate specific food allergies prior to ordering. While we maintain rigorous kitchen standards, cross-contamination risks exist.
Prohibited Actions
Reverse-engineering our nutritional formulas, scraping our website for data, or attempting to breach our secure payment gateways will result in immediate termination of service and legal action.
Intellectual Assets
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.
The Content is provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are only issued in cases of verified logistics failure or product spoilage upon arrival. Claims must be filed within 2 hours of delivery receipt.
Liability
DietSehat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or for cost of procurement of substitute goods.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Denpasar, Bali.
